General Contractor, Councillor, Social Worker, Best Friend, Consultant, Psychologist, and occasionally a REALTOR®. These are just some of the many hats we wear and roles we take on while helping our friends, clients and family purchase and sell Real Estate. 

This spring will mark my 10th year as a REALTOR®.  I now manage and own and run a very successful RECO (REAL ESTATE COUNCIL OF ONTARIO) approveed Federally and Provincially Incorporated Real Estate Brokerage. Prior to becoming a Real Estate professional and REALTOR®, I held several Senior Level Corporate Directorial positions catering to both Online Strategies and Marketing.

“More Information provides us with more options” Over the next 3-5 years the need to access, share and unitize information among our Board,  members, clients, family and freinds will take on an even higher caliber of demand. With the onset of new technology, government involvement, savvy and sophisticated Sellers and Buyers, we must take on the task to understand and provide the best methods to utilize and incorporate this information into our business models. This will allow us to successfully lead, adapt, train and embrace the challenges that will ultimately make our Real Estate profession stronger and more successful as a whole.

Steve has been a Real Estate Agent for over 5 years. 

Steves specialties are in Sales and Leasing of Residential and Commercial properties. He has a passion for helping people (He always have) and he truly enjoy helping my clients, friends and family buy or sell their homes. 

As a Real Estate agent, Steve understands that for my client's; trust, honesty, integrity and knowledge are the most important factors in being successful on their behalf. 

It's not about the money, it's about not only meeting, but exceeding their expectations. 

Steve is married, and has been for over 24 years. Tina and Steve have raised 2 amazing children and have 2 cats and a dog. 

He was formerly involved in his family business for close to 23 years doing high-end custom metal manufacturing (Tool & Dye, Custom Wielding and Steel Work) where he was the General Manager as well as a skilled tradesman. 

The family business closed in 2012 at which point, Steve decided to pursue Real Estate. He believes that life is a balance between work family and friends. 

So when Steve has the time, he enjoys golf, fishing, hockey and
riding his motorcycle/ironhorse/harley.



Ryan Podnar's evolution to a career in Real Estate has taken place over many years now, stemming from a passion for homes, design, and working and owning his own small business in the renovation and home improvement industry, and of course helping dreams come true when it comes to Real Estate.

Educated formerly as a nurse at the top of his class, and graphic design, and now for many years as a Sale Representative with Royal LePage. His parents, both being in real estate in N.W.Ontario , also worked with Royal LePage, so it seemed only natural to follow suit.

Moving from North Western Ontario 14 years ago to the GTA, Ryan Podnar planted roots first in Brampton, where he and his family has grown, much like the business he has done there in the Renovations and Real Estate.

Now Ryan Podnar resides in Halton with his wife Jennifer, and his son Xander, with a little girl on the way.

Working in Real Estate in Georgetown and all of Halton and Peel areas for the past 7 years, he has grown his business and his clientele/referral base.

As an experienced handy man and renovator, Ryan loves to spend any free time when he isn't with his family, by assisting his clients, both pre-sale and post sale. This has been a great asset, by offering sound and cost effective advice/design. Ryan looks forward to helping all his existing and new clients by making their decisions and visions become reality, both in real estate to live and to invest.



Tracy Paul, Brokerage & Branch Administrator

Tracy was Born and raised in Georgetown so she has a vast understanding of all this great town has to offer! She grew up in this once small town and has seen it through to what it is today, a thriving community. She is currently raising 3 kids that are well involved in the clubs that Halton Hills has to offer, which is just another fantastic opportunity that This community and surrounding areas can provide. She has over 20 years experience in customer service and 6 years real estate administrative experience. She is looking forward to working with clients new and old!
